Here, the ‘My Courses’ window provides a clear view of their course statuses, indicating which are not started, not passed, expired, or completed. This organised overview helps learners manage their training requirements effectively, ensuring they stay on track with their care home certification goals.

Enhanced Test-Taking Experience

Our ecert LMS offers a smoother and more intuitive test-taking experience. Learners can navigate back and forth between questions, allowing them to review and change their answers as needed. Upon submission, learners instantly receive a comprehensive report that includes their score, pass or fail status, and a detailed breakdown of which questions were answered incorrectly. 

View & Download Certificates

Learners can conveniently access their certificates of course completion from both the dashboard and the ‘My Certificates’ tab. This feature provides a clear record of their achievements, allowing them to easily present proof of their care home certification when needed.
