If you are not receiving emails your email client may have sent them straight to your Junk folder so check there. If you add our email domain to your whitelist as an approved sender you will then receive all emails directly to your inbox.
Have you, 1) Invited them as a new user? 2) Have you added them to the plan you want them to take courses from?
Check your junk folder first, if it's not in there please email us at [email protected] with your full name, email address and problem.
Click log in and then forgotten password, this will then ask you to enter your registered email address. Once you have done this the system will send you an email to reset your password.

From your profile page simply click my schedule, this will show you the courses you have completed, your result and what other courses you have yet to complete.
Go to your company profile and click certificates, this will show you all the courses your staff have submitted. You may also like to view the Course Matrix which will show at a glance who has done and needs to do what.
Once you have invited the new user to join your company, from your personal profile, click my companies, view company, then select packages, then under users click add user and click the tick box next to their name.
From the Managers Matrix you can send messages to any team member simply by clicking the envelope icon next to the date for that employee/course. This will be displayed in the "My Messages" tab for the employee.
Go to your company profile, on the right hand side of the page it says company, if you click the arrow it will give you the option to add a new user.
Yes, whenever you are ready you can return to the course and tick the box that says you are ready to take the test.
All managers and owners have a training matrix in their company profile page.
We are currently working on a new feature that will resize the matrix and format it ready for you to print.
Most of our courses count in some way towards the care certificate, if you would however like one of our complete care certificate folders which gets somebody from start to finish of their CC then please call us to order one, they are £50 per person.

We are moving over 250,000 certificates from the old to the new website, this exercise will be completed by mid July 2019.

The training matrix is under the managers profile.
When you visit the new site for the first time you must follow the instruction pop up, you need to click forgotten password to reset your password.
Yes you can but this will cost a further credit to do so.
Just 1 credit needed per course, providing you pass the test first time.
Only managers can view certificates, therefore it is correct that standard members will not see their completed certificates on their profile page.
Your Manager can send you a link to reset your password from their profile or you can click log in, forgotten password and then enter your registered email address to reset your password.
We are in the final development stages before we release our new Care Certificate course. As soon as we have tested it fully we will release it, we are hoping this will be before the end of October 2019.
